Pastor Jun Suyat

Pastor Jun Suyat has dedicated over 25 years of faithful service to the Lord, ministering both in the Philippines and the United States. He has served 12 years in the in the Philippines and 13 years in the U.S, and he is currently ministering in the United States as Senior Pastor of Connection Point (Ugnayan) Church of the Nazarene.

Brought to Christ at a very young age, Pastor Jun gave his life to Jesus at 15 during a youth camp. Since then, his life and calling have been marked by a passion to proclaim God’s Word and to disciple those who will, in turn, disciple others—living out his ministry philosophy rooted in 2 Timothy 2:2.

He holds a Master of Divinity from Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Central Colleges of the Philippines. With this background, he brings both spiritual depth and practical leadership to his ministry.

Pastor Jun’s vision is to entrust to faithful disciples the truth he has received from the Lord, creating opportunities for believers to serve in God’s Kingdom and continue the mission of Christ.

He serves alongside his wife, Helen, and together they are deeply committed to building up the Connection Point (Ugnayan) family in faith, hope, and love. Outside of ministry, he enjoys basketball, golf, and reading. His favorite passage, Philippians 3:7–9, continues to inspire him to pursue Christ above all.

“But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ.  What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in[a] Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith.”
